A standout feature in Hesaby: a smart assistant that answers guests' questions about the menu — like a waiter who knows everything.

What does it do?

The guest asks in natural language, and the assistant replies instantly, for example: - "What's the best thing you have?" → it suggests featured/popular items. - "How much is the large cappuccino?" → it gives the price. - "Is there anything without nuts?" → it helps based on the ingredients listed in the menu.

Its limits (by design)

  • It only answers about your menu — if someone asks about something outside the menu (weather/sports), it gently steers them back to the menu.
  • Safe: it works only on your public menu — no customer data or orders are sent to it, and there's no leakage between restaurants.
  • There's a usage limit to protect against abuse.

Why does this matter to you?
