The guest experience

1. The guest scans the QR code on the table with their phone camera.
2. Your restaurant's menu page opens (without downloading any app).
3. They browse the items, choose sizes and modifiers, and add to the cart.
4. They confirm the order → it goes straight to the Kitchen Display System and is linked to their table.
